Could SPAM be a GOOD thing ?

Why not take the Nation's "Non-arguable case against Bush: 100 facts"* and use spam technology to place a copy in every inbox on the Internet ? How can a person with one ounce of personal integrity Not take the time to look at this ? What's the downside ?

1. My personal opinion?

It's generally a waste of time. Sometimes makes the base feel good, but changes no one's mind.

2. Downside is prison, but hey

The problem with that is that a right-winger who knows how to file an abuse complaint is more likely to than they would be over an email selling hair remover or whatever.

If you're willing to go to prison to get the word out, this sounds like a good scheme, way more effective than a short-lived protest stunt.

Plus, in federal prison you can still smoke cigarettes.
