On The Fear (Wolves) Thing...
This is just an idea thrown out for a possible rebuttal (ad) to the fear-mongering approach by Bush/Cheney. We could use FDR's quote on "the only thing to fear is fear itself" to turn the tables on this idea
pounded on all the time by the Repug's that we must live in a constant state of fear and that must motivate our choices and decisions. I think this could reach across party lines especially to those who remember WWII. Just a thought....

2. I saw it here in Oregon...
It basically was using images of wolves in a forest (terrorists) to
say we are under threat and Kerry could not protect you from them.

3. Republicans aren't targeting educated people with that ad
It is desperation time in bush's klavern. They have to keep the ignorant moron base in line. The dumbass freeper type bastards who are easily kept in line by such fear mongering, and they will mindlessly go to the polls and vote against their best interests just like the republican hate machine wants them to do. Freepers (who have nothing to be proud of) are so saddened by the fact that they have been wrong about Iraq and the economy that they feel they must hold their heads high and "stay the course." They will carry their false pride right over the real cliff.

5. With any luck the wolf ad will be what is remembered
Edited on Sun Oct-24-04 01:18 PM by mikehiggins
A threatening image that just didn't click with the people who saw it. Most apparently thought "fuzzy puppies" when they saw the ferocious wolf pack ready to rend their leftie/liberal flesh.

Shown on Crossfire it got laughs from the audience.

Looks like somebody will lose his/her job over this one.

Go check out <removedlink> for more developments

EDIT: Sorry. Link doesn't seem to work. Anyone else have it?
