19. He might not have been... |
|
... elected, but he was damned sure sworn in that capacity. That's what allows him to be in the WH now and will allow him forever to be known as "Mr. President."
And as soon as he's gone and beyond the protection of a Republican Congress, I hope the subpoenas start coming, fast and furious.

When you understand that, you will understand why it is imperative that we practice religious tolerance.

|
I believe in God, I attend church...more than you do...and I pray at home, at work, and in church, but I want the option of doing that without ANY interference from any govt, state or federal!
My most recent prayers have been "Dear God, please let John Kerry be our President.

16. I wrote a 2000 word screed |
|
I wrote a letter to him. Around the time of the "He views the nation as a 10 year old" interview with (I think) Andy Card I sat down and in one sitting banged out the vilest most profanity laden thing I have ever written. I just went back and read it. It contains 538 instances of the word "fuck." I never sent it to anyone (I never intended to) but I felt a tiny bit better after I got some of that out of me.

To the disbelief I suspended on 9-11-01. I forgave him all his shortcomings, whether real or imagined, and like most if not all of America, I wanted him to do well and destroy the bastards who attacked us. It could have been truly unifying time in the history if the U.S. and it was HIS for the taking.
Sadly, it was shattered shortly thereafter, when instead of finishing up the task at hand, he turned his eyes away from Tora Bora and towards Baghdad. Aligning in his mind, 2 mortal enemies (Iran and Iraq) and a 3rd country more in league with Pakistan and subservient to China in North Korea, as the Axis of Evil. From there the lies began wholesale and the world turned away from us, save for the Coalition of the Easily Bought Off. Viva Palau!!
Tell me W, why did you take that great moment, when those whose philosophy differed from yours the most, rallied behind you in Afghanistan in spite of it, and throw it away?
What is even sadder is that this would be an exercise in futilty, because George doesn't even realize what he has done, or he simply refuses to see that what he has done has been a mistake.
I don't know which is worse.

22. its probably not printable. |

but I would love to be the one to tell him that he owes time not served to his Air National Guard unit, and is being reactivated under the IRR, and he ships out to Iraq tomorrow. No, sir sorry, you won't have a flak jacket, not enough funding. Don't like the food, write a letter and complain to haliburton.
I would pay good money to see that reaction.
