I heard two people talking this week that said Hillary wasn't going to run for president this year because if Kerry wins she plans to be appointed Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Where the fuck do people come up with this kind of stuff?

when they can't think of anything else to say.

11. Horrible
Okay, this still makes me *shudder* when I think about it.

I am in rural East, TN.

Had an elderly client in the office who thought she had an "original" letter from Bush, and would I make a copy of it for her. Sure, no big deal, and, of course, I read it. It was just a "send me money", thing so that I can continue to fight evil, yadda, yadda, yadda.

She then proceeded to make several personal, disparaging comments about Senator Kerry; ending with....<CAUTION> "he's married to that Ni**er from Africa"! I was just speechless, and I can't remember EVER being speechless.

I told my partner, that if she ever darkens the door again, he would have to deal with her.

The up-side (if there is one to that type of mentality) is that her transaction that day resulted in a bonus in my paycheck, which I donated to the Kerry/Edwards campaign.

I'll never understand Tennessee. (I'm originally from Michigan). It's very pretty here, and there is an abundance of sunshine, but these people just absolutely THRIVE on hate!

The only thing he's ever really done in his life is serve in Vietnam and get a few medals, otherwise the rest of his life he's loafed around doing mostly nothing worth noting."

And it is hard to argue with people that dumb.

Stupid fucks!

A "t e r r o t i s t" can be one fucking "g u y". You can not KILL ALL THE TERRORISTS GOD FUC*ING DAMMIT! It takes more than sending some one else's kids to die to fight terrorists.

One thing to remember; a Republican is either one of or a combination of three things.

1. Ignorant
2. Greedy
3. Violent

19. This one is far from the most idiotic, but it peeves me to no end...
...you can't change a commander in wartime. Forgeting the fact that Shrub STARTED this damn war without provocation, consider: Truman finished FDR's war; Eisenhower finished Truman's war; Nixon finished Johnson's (very few troops were put in by Kennedy) war...etc.

Talk about an inane position no matter how you try to justify it.

Because it only refuted a few of the more famous cases on the fabled Clinton Death List horseshit, and not all of them. AH-HA he claimed, librul biasification!!

and a big chunk of the rest are protesters who think that the US is an evil empire.

this was my dad, who disappoints me more and more every time we have a political discussion. He's intelligent, I know he is, so why can't he see how wrong it is to say something like this?
