where Saddam got them from? Is there any way to find out? What if the US provided them to Iraq? Wouldn't this compound their incompetence by allowing them to be looted? And wouldn't that make this administration more responsible than they are now?
Maybe I'm just blowing smoke out of my nether regions, but I've been wondering all night, where did they come from in the first place.

...this is standard operating procedure in domestic blast investigations.
All one needs is a swab from the blast site in Iraq where this batch of looted explosives is (presumably) being used against our troops.
