From above link

"Nucleonics Week, 9/12/91, pp. 7-9
Ambiguity exists concerning the activities of the Al Qaqaa State Establishment, located 30 mi south of Baghdad, Iraq. According to Iraqi officials, bridge wires being developed there were for "fire-set" components used to separate missile stages with precision. However, such devices are also crucial for precise detonation of high explosives in a nuclear implosion device. Iraqi officials also stated they had been developing RDX and metal cast explosives and had imported hundreds of tons of HMX explosives, which can be used in nuclear weapons. "

So...Iraq had imported hundreds of tons of HMX?

Now in Al Qaqaa.....

So was this Halliburton looting the HDX they sold to Iraq under Dick Cheney?

Rumsfeld, Condi, CHeney and Bush KNEW EXACTLY what was there AND THEY DID NOTHING TO SECURE IT. Or they allowed Halliburton to loot it all the while they took extreme efforts to protect the Iraqi oil infrastructure.

It is and was ALWAYS about the oil. This operation was not about WMDS of any saddam threat. It was about kicking out a dictator nobody in the oil industry liked and dumping billions of dollars into regenerating a faltering Iraq oil industry under U.S. control.

1. And yet, not well.
Completely failed in that mission, too.

2. I knew it!
This war is about OIL! It has nothing to do with freeing a people from an "evil" dictator, it has nothing to do with WMDs, it has nothing to do with the war on terror, is about OIL!
