what was this business about The Guardian and some editorial?

I was flipping channels tonight and saw the tail-end of some talking-heads discussing some editorial in The Guardian (UK) regarding some editorial that everybody was slamming as just horrible and godawful and wrong.

It sounded like the Guardian had come out and said something about bumping off Bush somehow or another.

anyone know what they were talking about?

I've looked in GD, GD2004 and LBN and can't find anything.

2. There was a humor column

in the Guardian which asked 'where were Booth and Hinkley now that we needed them.'

I didn't say the humor was in 'good taste'

4. Man. From what I heard today you'd think

they were calling for the literal as*as*ination.

A severe overreaction on the part of the media whores. Gee, what a surprise.

5. It was really all about nothing

The paper got freeped and the wingnuts sent complaints to the Secret Service, FBI, and who knows who else.
