If Bush were any kind of good leader he would demand that Congress
send him that bill on intel reform and send it to him unencumbered by irrelevant amendments. It's his party that controls the House. Bush hasn't even tried to jaw-bone the House leadership on this. So how can Bush claim to better for our security and safety than Kerry when only he, Bush, has the opportunity to press for this legislation?

1. If he were a good leader...
he would resign.

2. A true leader ...
... would demand the release of the CIA 9/11 Report and promptly fire anyone who is named as responsible.

It is shocking: The Bush administration is suppressing a CIA report on 9/11 until after the election, and this one names names.

"... it makes it look like they weren't interested in terrorism before 9/11, or in holding people in the government responsible afterward."
