2. 1000+ dead US soldiers & airport highway in capitol city not secure is

This Incredible loss of life, plus over 17,000 US casualties and uncounted Iraqi civilians killed and wounded - and what would traditionally be the first military objective, securing the airport acess in the capitol city of a country, has not been achieved. Our armed forces are impossibly overextended - Bush is on the verge of destroying the Army - witness the "eating the seedcorn" of assigning the elite Army training units to Iraq. What will he want next? Sending in the 12 year olds aka Hitler in the final days of the Third Reich?

I agree it should have been secured, like the borders, like the High explosives etc. This is the MOST distastrous event in our Military's history. You would think the media would be more on top of it... :eyes:
