Sorry about ANOTHER freeper thread, but this one is really fascinating! |

Is it possible for a person to commit a typo and write "defensive" instead of "offensive"? This article is like something straight out of George Orwell. Really strange! http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1258511/posts

3. He he. I don't feel right posting the actual gibberish here. |
|
It would stain this fair forum. Go, use thier server resources!
This one is worth it. Even the responses are an interesting peak into minds I would place into two groups: in denial and very angry. OK, three groups..the third being a mixture of anger and denial.
Here's a teaser for you: The article title is "'Missing Explosives' Story Has Kerry Campaign on the Defensive " :silly:

13. All of them are in one big group |

They are very scared. Fear makes people do strange and irrational things. Fear makes a person who is abused forget what happened, even if they can see the evidence. Fear makes people "forget" evil they have seen because their brains can't handle it and walls that memory off.
Imagine if you really thought that the Democrats were a bunch of liars who murder people and were out to destroy our country, you'd be scared too. I mean, isn't that what we have now and arn't you scared?
The difference is, we have proof and evidence on our side. They have been fed their fears from having them shouted at them for a decade by Rush Limbaugh, FOX "News" and the 700 Club.

To: truthandlife It's like the whole world has amnesia and forgot they were saying there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Now they are saying these weapons were not WMD's.
380 tons of HMX. One pound brings down an airliner. That's aprox. 2,000 pounds.
That is 2,000 airliners. I believe this may qualify as "Weapons of mass destruction".
Clinton and the UN's policy was to let Saddam keep these weapons? Thank God Bush took control. Somebody from the Bush administration needs to speak up soon! This is not political this is dangerous.
Why is Bush so easy on Clinton? This is his fault.
Easy to prove, just ask the question? Mr. Kerry, are these the type of weapons you would allow Iraq to have if you are president? Ask the question dam88nit!!! 11 posted on 10/27/2004 5:22:55 AM PDT by lyingisbetter ("Let's wait Kerry or let's go Bush") < Post Reply | Private Reply | To 1 | View Replies >

11. Okay, we know this poster's not a math teacher |
|
Or, at least, not one in a good school.
Hm, 380 tons, one pound per airliner, a ton is 2000 pounds.
So, the freepomathemagician says "Wow, 2000 airliners!"
Hmm, try a calculator. I did. Are there 760,000 airliners in the world?

16. "dam88nit!!!"?? Was that a typo, or an intentional code |
|
NeoNazis are fond of using "88" as shorthand for "Heil Hitler", as H is the 8th letter of the alphabet. So was the Freep use of the number accidental, or a code to his fellow skinheads to prepare for attack?

Why does everybody think this is a bad story. This is the story that needs to be played.
There were weapons of mass destruction, these weapons prove this. What is their case. We had a ribbon over them securing these weapons.
The inspectors were thrown out. They allowed these weapons to reamain means Iraq had them. Proof. Announce it, rejoice, do not hide from this story!!!

9. This line speaks volumes! |
|
Republicans say the Kerry campaign should get the facts straight before it blames President Bush for a situation that may have been beyond the U.S. military's control.
THE WHOLE WAR WAS BEYOND HIS CONTROL! he screwed up-we called him on it! we still have that right!

Are they totally on peyote?
Its just unreal, how these people experience reality.

Freepers are mentally ill and unpatriotic. It seems they are hellbent on instituting a one-party dictatorship since anyone with a dissenting viewpoint is immediately labeled a terrorist or accused of treason.

"380 tons of HMX. One pound brings down an airliner. That's aprox. 2,000 pounds."
This guy is really good at math!
"That is 2,000 airliners. I believe this may qualify as "Weapons of mass destruction."
Not!
"Clinton and the UN's policy was to let Saddam keep these weapons? Thank God Bush took control. Somebody from the Bush administration needs to speak up soon! This is not political this is dangerous."
I think it was bush's daddy who made this agreement.
"Why is Bush so easy on Clinton? This is his fault."
I thought bush blamed everything on Clinton.
"Easy to prove, just ask the question? Mr. Kerry, are these the type of weapons you would allow Iraq to have if you are president? Ask the question dam88nit!!!"
I thought Iraq was going to be a democracy????
