1. I worked for Broeard County

For over 16 years. It is more than likely incompetance than conspiracy. Nothing mailed to me by the public got to me for weeks, as it didnt come direct, but went through the mail room to be distributed, even is addressed directly to my location. Anyting I mailed through the mail room, even locally, took close to two weeks before it hit the U.S.Post Office. If I know the Supervisor Of ElectionsO ffice, rather than deliver these things directly to the post office or give thme to the mail delivery. They more than likely first sent them to the mial room where they sat until someone felt like doing the work it would take to get them stamped and then actually drive them to the post office. Not to blame it completely on incometence, the county does not hire temporary workers to handle things during extremely busy periods, but rely on the same departments that are understaffed for ordinary circumstances.The operative work is unusual. Its Broward admin code for we screwed something up by not being prepared, and we know what went wrong, but we'll be dammned if we are going to take the blame sdo we are looking for some clerks to scapegpoat.
