He started off by saying he sure would like to see Kerry's discharge papers.."would like to find out why he really got discharged." I told him to go look at Kerry's website since it has all of his military records..."no it doesn't, it just has what they want the public to see."

Then he went on and on about Jane Fonda............

Then he said he wanted to see Kerry's divorce papers, so he could actually find out why he got a divorce...........????????

I told him I really don't care what happened 30 years ago and was more concerned about al-Qaida, Iraq, the economy, and the environment instead of what happened years ago....then he said "Kerry started it with his 'reporting to duty' remark".

BTW...I assume all of Kerry's military records(including discharge papers) are on his site...

3. All this anti-Jane Fonda stuff is bullshit too. She was opposed to

an unjust, unwinnable war, and did everything she could to try to end it. She obviously had no intention of inflicting any suffering on POWs. I thought of her as a hero at the time, and I think so now. If the anti-war movement helped shorten and end the Vietnam war, as I believe it did, then her actions, which were a big part of that movement, actually helped to reduce the amount of suffering in SE Asia.

people like Fonda brought needed attention to the catastrophe of Viet Nam. I'm sure you're aware, McNamara has now stated the war was a mistake. However, people like this right wing nut, have such tunnel vision that they don't see any issues beyond the lies of the swift boat ads.
