The one that gets me really pissed off is his ad asking us to vote “no” on Proposition 66, a bid to make the three strikes law more just.

He has the gall to say that we don’t want murderers and rapists released out on the street. Like isn’t that like the pot calling the kettle black?

Now I’m not saying anyone has accused Ahnold of murder but many have accused him of sexual molestation and assault including it seems a matter of statuatory rape in his past. Believe me if anyone of these gets a conviction, he will be way beyond three strikes.

The opposition to proposition 66 has picked the wrong spokesperson IMO.

I remember protesting Reagan's visit to the University of California, Santa Barbara when he wanted to take away free college in California. Arnold makes him look good. Pre-Reagan, it was always a battle between very liberal Democrats and moderately liberal Republicans. Arnold signifies a thread in the decay of our political process. As I remarked about Scarborough on another thread: "Arnold should be Horse F***ed." Big old horse, angry, drooling (aaahhhhh...mental image).

Well Reagan and the Hearsts accomplished that from what I understand from an aquaintance who is a Dean at UCLA, but I always knew that I suppose.

It was great, we just paid a $99 quarterly fee plus books. This really leveled the playing field. At the same time, the UC system was the best, bar none, state university system in the country. It's still excellent but CA blew it by barring students financially and cutting funding.
