then it is not a crime to have an idea, to publish that idea or to espouse even the most absurd, vile or heinous notion.

it IS a crime to act on it. bush, cheney, rumsfeld, wolfowitz, pearle, rice, powell, libby, rove.... these are the ones that should be made to answer for the crimes they have committed.

war crimes, crimes against humanity, electoral crime, corporate crime, rico statutes...its a long list and i believe there is evidence to put the whole administration behind bars for the rest of their lives.

I would like to see them tried and convicted in american courts and then turned over to the international court. once convicted there i want them to be held as international criminals so a future gop president cant pardon them out.
