Jerry Rubin is currently on a hunger fast till Nader drops out. |
|
Not the Chicago 7 Jerry Rubin (who went right-wing and died of a drug overdose) but rather the Jerry Rubin of the Alliance for Survival. He frequently runs for Santa Monica City Councilman but this time he dropped out and has been fasting in protest of Nader's candidacy. Jerry is far more liberal than Nader. Jerry's goal is to get Bush out and he sees Nader as a pawn of the Republican Party.
