If you want to vote, you must think like a republican.
ANYONE who registers to vote AFTER the primaries, should register as a republican. That's about the ONLY way that your registration will be handled fairly, and be unchallenged.

They "used" to only do this in "selected" areas, but apparently their machine has been cranked up to HIGH, and they are now able to do it everywhere.

JUST DO IT.

When the primaries come around, it's a snap to change party afilliation so you can vote in the primary...then just change it back.

So smile a pretty smile, and thank the nice little republican, and tell them how much you love GWB, let them make sure that all the boxes are checked and rest assured that they willl guard your registration as if it were the monthly minutes of the KKK meeting.

They will probably hand deliver it to the registrar, and if you happen to be a minority, they may even ask you to be in a commercial with *...

5. sadly, it IS..Very few states allow same day registration
but for future reference, it should be done,. It will waste tons of their money too, mailing out junk, and wasting phone calls..

and the polls will be skewed too:)

4. Shouldn't be a problem in MO
We don't register by party.

They'll just try to suppress the minority vote in St. Louis, and I'm assuming KC as well.
