Bausch & Lomb UPGRADES employee benefits plans for 2005
- pegging health insurance cost to salary levels (many will see cost go down.
- more vacation time
- increased 401K match
- total eye care (doh, it is Bausch&Lomb)

1. Hey, that's a pretty good way to go with the pegging cost to salary.
People making $200K/year aren't going to have any problem paying a bit extra so that lower income people can get it free.

That's pretty progressive of them.
