Which has been proven false by Snopes:

Claim: Senator John Kerry "voted to kill every military appropriation for the development and deployment of every weapons systems since 1988."

Status: False.

are going. What is their point? How many of those Kerry votes resulted in scutteling the appropriation and how many Republicans voted the same way as Kerry?
