Personally, I am going on a monthly sub for DU. Will start mine tomorrow.


But DU's 4 year anniversary is coming quick. I can't believe I've relied on this place for near 4 years for all of my news. DU is THE SOURCE for whatever breaking news, political commentary, thought-invoking guest columnists, comedy, or whatever you're looking for. I've relied on this place for a long time and I'm going to continue giving.

1. DU has sustained me

during the Bush occupation. Moreover, I am too addicted to turn away now or ever. I think we'll still find comfort, friendship and yes, solace here since repukes will likely unleash every imaginable dirty trick to undermine a Kerry administration.

I remember the joy of 1992, and the agony of 1994. I blame repukes' relentless attacks on Clinton personally and politically for the stress that likely added considerably to his coronary artery disease.

Anyway, here's to DU and many more years of coming here. :toast:
