In a composite photo comprised of 6 separate photos, five of the moon and one of the U.S. Capitol, the moon is seen transitioning L to R from full to a state of full lunar eclipse in the evening sky over Washington, October 27, 2004. The picture of the Capitol was taken with a 200mm lens looking east and the photos of the moon were taken with a 400mm lens also looking east as it passed over the U.S. Capitol moving from north to south.
