Bill Clinton called Tom Joyner this morning.
I was listening to Joyner's show enroute to my park and ride and just when I was about to leave my car, former President Bill Clinton called. Apparently Tom wasn't in the studio but he was communicating within an auditorium with an audience. The crowd went nuts. Clinton said that flyers were found in predominately black neighborhoods in Florida telling voters that if they registered to vote thru the NAACP they may be ineligible to vote because the NAACP will lose their election license (or something like that). Clinton said it is a good thing they caught it in time and assured everyone those flyers were bogus. He urged everyone to get out and vote and don't be discouraged about the long lines.

He said other stuff but I can't remember what was said. He was great! What a way to start the morning!

1. What will they stoop to next?
God Bless Clinton for being so active after his recent heart troubles!

3. Don't worry. You'll find out
It's one of those things that I wish Democratic candidates and representatives woudl say over and over and over again. "Hey Republicans don't want people voting. We do want people voting. Right?"

4. I don't get to listen to morning radio anymore.
Is Tom Joyner still on the air in Chicago ?
He was a popular radio host here for many years.

5. Probably. I'm sure if he is on in H-Town, he's on in Chicago.
