Kerry should say over and over again: "This administration 'passes the buck' every time a mistake is made. They blame the soldiers, they blame the workers, it's never them. What happened to "The buck stops here?"
You know how BushCo constantly tries to say that Kerry is "putting down the soldiers" it's time to turn the tables back on them....
