i am 100 percent certain NONE of this would have happened if we'd stayed out of everybody else's business.

So, I guess that's why Bush would rather have endless war. Who's going to dialog with him?

5. it will never justify what they did on 9/11. NEVER. |
|
but i believe they wanted us to feel how they have felt everytime we go butting into their business. i know what i say will be completely twisted. but this is what i believe. they would have had much better success if they had come out and talked - guess it's not their way.

Why not? The US has been doing exactly that for years. It's part of the foreign policy.

I hope that these testosterone-charged candidates can hold down the rhetoric until CIA and State Department has an opportunity to weigh in on this.
Oh to be sure, OBL is as good as dead when we get him, (and he knows that) but I hope at some point we can rachet down the macho swagger and take a good look at what it will take for lasting peace.

10. It sounds like you're saying UBL is verifying the "carpet of gold or |
|
carpet of bombs" threat from bush*co in summer of 2001. If so then, well treason is too weak of a word for bush*co.
