If you recognize him and give him media attention then you validate his efforts to terrorize and he becomes stronger. If you ignore him and he blows something up again then you will be blamed for not recognizing the threat. The fact of the matter is that most people in this country will never experience an act of terrorism perpetrated on them and I think that people that are running around all frantic are making matters worse.
