Will Bush pardon Ken Lay after he loses the election ? Who Else?
A lot was made of Clinton's Presidential pardons. Wonder who Bush will pardon.

11. He would have to be convicted and sentenced, wouldn't he?
I think pardons are for people serving sentenced, or who have served them, and yet still want to "clear their names"..

In the internet era, clearing your name is IMPOSSIBLE though :)
