Suspicious new GWB Dead Letter emails - DU'ers. pls. help check them.

I downloaded all the new ones. Virus checked all, all clean. There are some really strange things in there and I think some of it needs to be sent to the proper people. GWB Dead Letter Office posted new emails yesterday, Friday. I just happened to go over there to get an old email and saw the new ones. I'm in Calif. and have yet to go to bed, meaning I need some sleep. I am sorry I can't stay right now. I had to take some medication that makes me very ill. And I don't want to be in the bathroom if you get my drift. Can anyone or more like a bunch of people get on this and go check out all the YELLOW emails? If anything looks like it could help the Dems, please send it to whomever you feel it would help the most. (And if you check it out and think I'm nuts, PM me and let me know so I can go check in to a padded room. I have had no sleep. It's almost 7am.)
If there are typos in here, too bad. ;)

Just follow down the page at the link at the top of this post:

First yellow email starting at top: Subject: Joint Organizational Statement on No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act (Looks like it could have helpful info for Kerry/Edwards.)

Fifth down: Subject:
Please make note of this invite list generated by Finance for possible attendance at October 23rd Presidential Rally. Please review for duplicates in your area. I will contact each area coordinator with VIP ticket requests as I receive them, please advise me if your tickets are limited or if they become low. Thanks to each of you for your help on this, I know a few requests have already gone out and I appreciate your early reservations for those special donors.
(this has a huge list of what I think are donors 'the base' type of donors. Maybe you'll find some names on there that can connect to stuff DU'ers have been working on?)

Sixth: I cannot get to open. Subject: Updated 10-13 Slope Report (w/Garfield) (so I have no idea of what it could be)

Ninth: Subject: Fw: douglas county voter confirmation
Called "Douglas County Voter Fraud Master
Spreadsheet." (This looks like something that needs to be passed on NOW.)

Eleventh: Subject: Reminder of your HAVA meetings shortly
(First Word Document has info on Nevada, Oregon and Washington State as to plans for election day. Could be helpful?) I cannot get second word document to open. Third is Excel spreadsheet. Has questions/answers for votes/vote counting and is divided by county. Could also be of help?)

Twelve: I have no clue as to what this one is. No attachments, but it still looks strange.

Thirteen: A whole bunch of Excel spreadsheets. TONS of names, addresses, strange codes I can't figure out - ALL IN FLORIDA from what I can see. ALL of the spreadsheets have to do with Florida. May be nothing, then again...

Fourteen: Subject: WROCKS
(Broward County W Rocks Volunteer Phone Bank Analysis Excel Spreadsheet

Sixteen: Subject: Reports
(Huge Excel spreadsheet with all kinds of info on voters, nothing specific that I can see. Don't know if anyone can pull info out of it or not. Says "Montgomery" area?)

Seventeen: Subject: Terms & Conditions Agreement & Available cities list #9549 Something to do with "security on all U.S. Monitor accounts" - one word doc is a contract, the other has a huge list of cities. Don't know what this is about. Hope someone else can figure it out.

Don't know if it means anything or not.)

1. Re: all those excel spreadsheets
Before opening these, make sure your Excel security settings are set to "high" -- then when opening each spreadsheet you want to disable macros. There could be some malicious code stuck in those... Look in the Tools-Options-Security menu for the relevant setting.

3. Thank you for the reminder. I double checked and everything
is already set the way you said to do it. :)

2. watch out for fraudulent emails
Since the other side undoubtedly knows about this "dead letter" problem by now, they may send some fake emails to try to confuse the situation.

4. These were pulled out from the pile, according to the owners of the
GWB site. They have since shut down the dead letter office. After all the publicity, they are now getting spam, etc. So it's totally shut down. They had requests for more emails so they went back and found more old ones. So they should be safe. As I said, I ran virus checks on every single one of them before opening anything. Now if anyone will check them out, I'd really appreciate it. I have to go to bed. :)

Hey, Dullain, you gotta admit that when we start a campaign to oust Kerry and elect a Republican President in 2008, Evelyn will have all her homework done .... Meanwhile, she seems to be a "permanent fixture," as in "this whole campaign will fall apart without her."

Oust Kerry? Are they saying he is going to win?
