If it was red, there would be suspicion that they had too much specific prior knowledge of the attack, and we know where that leads.

But I am suspicious today or tomorrow will be the target day for Terrorize America part II. Needs a couple days to sink in to the voters, so they connect it to yesterday's Osama bin Laden communique. Of course if part II happens before election day the Terror Alert will be FLASHING RED along with those Star Trek sound effects blaring on TV sets across Amerika.
