I was in the bookstore and for some reason I flipped through Peggy Noonan's book, maybe the one worshipping Reagan. She talks about sitting around the White House with Don Regan and Reagan's staff and discussing how Tip O'Neill was shanty Irish and they were the worst. Actually, that would sort of be the exact same thing I would imagine they would have sat around and talked about at the Reagan White House.
