The footage of Bush vs The Pet Goat has been around for years. It wasn't a Fahrenheit 9/11 exclusive. I would expect any researcher on the subject to be aware of it and I'm guessing that OBL has taken a very close interest in how the US Government reacted on that day.

Of course, he may well have seen the Farenheit 9/11, but I wouldn't have said it was "obvious".
