It's a commercial for an "encryption" system.

I turned it on late - has anyone said anything except this fool talking about this "CVV" system?

one of the original John Hopkins researchers..

He did a good presentation on background, but has a "bouncy" presentation style which is very annoying.

Basically, said voter verified paper ballots is the only way to have an auditable election.

Also, secure computer elections are impossible - we don't know how. Only alternative left is to make them auditable and verifiable.
