Watched Choice 2004 again
I couldn't help thinking about Shrub's photo ops and phony pig farm. He and Laura met and married after 3 months and took to the campaign trail the day after the wedding. He needed a wife to make him look settled and there she was. How convenient.
What do you think?

1. Yup, he had a problem with his party boy image and needed to
overcome it quickly. A schoolmarm/librarian was just the ticket. Presto, chango...the newly minted 'family man' candidate emerges.

I have a feeling that his 'backers' were beating the bushes to find him a bride in time to hit the trail.
