Complete Rethug desperation in Gettysburg, PA!
Edited on Mon Nov-01-04 12:35 PM by bbernardini
My inlaws found this little display on their lawn this morning:

<>

I feel I should mention the toilet wasn't there before, but the Kerry sign was. :)

2. Hmm.
So, they have nothing to run on, so they use fear and uh, toilets.

Oh, I get it! The toilet probably 'runs'.

Or, if YOU get the 'runs' there's a handy toilet.

Morans.

5. That's a lot of trouble for them
to take for a display that's so easily fixed. Just switch the signs. I know I never would have gone to the trouble of finding a toilet and a Bush/Cheney sign, but if somebody just left them on my yard, I would be happy to display them.

8. That's extremely RUDE to put a heavy object in someone's yard
I don't know how old your in-laws are, but I would be extremely pissed if someone put something which weighs that much in my parents' yard. It's not like they could move it right away.

Clearly they don't respect their elders. This stinks, no pun intended. :grr:

10. Similar one in my neighborhood
Out for a walks a few days ago, I passed a lawn on which there was a B/C sign and nearby, two toilets, one with the word "Kerry" and the other with "Edwards" on them. And a sign above that said "Flush the Johns".

I was carrying a bag of my dog's steaming poo at the time (I was walking the dog - I don't normally carry around a bag of his offal when I'm walking alone), and considered downloading it into one of the crappers, but thought better of it.
