Of course not, as the two "sides" are not equal in this. The Democrats will rightly do whatever is needed to prevent fraud and to protect the votes of their constituents. The Republicans will do anything needed to create confusion. One way to create confusion is to spread around the idea that "both sides are doing it" whatever "it" may be.

Everyone will be suing everyone else. We probably won't know who is president for a few days (or weeks). The repukes will not willingly give up power, no matter how many votes each of them get. Florida has already exhibited enough corruption to keep the election in the courts for a long time.
