We will be praising *ush tomorrow night. |

He got people involved in politics, who would have otherwise sat on the sidelines and now will be life long Dems. The repugs are caput...dead...out of here for good. This is just the beginning of the end to the repugs. Minorities are making up a greater percent of the population every year, which puts another nail in their coffin.

BUt........
"The repugs are caput...dead...out of here for good."
Abso-fricking-lutely UNTRUE, and believing that will set us up for even worse shit in the future.
And, don't take anything else for granted...... Not only is the Dem party NOT out of the woods (which should be quite evident from what you see here), but if we don't seriously get our act together, and NOW, all those new voters won't be waiting around.
While it's great that so many people registered this year for the first time, assuming that means they are now lifelong voters is foolhardy. It's only our hard work, and determination to make the party relevant again that will mean anything for the future.
Compared to the work that awaits, we haven't even begun.
