I watched Bush's Brain on the Sundance Channel tonight. To me, the most powerful part was when they talked about how Karl Rove said Joseph Wilson's wife is "fair game" and proceeded to blow her cover as a CIA operative on weapons of mass destruction in Robert Novak's column. What I didn't know, is that Karl Rove was fired by the Reagan administration in 1980 for leaking something to...Robert Novak.
Therefore, and since I can't sleep, I am spending the night writing "Remember Valerie Plame" on signs and posting it around town.
If anybody is doing any visibility events tomorrow and you want some variety in your signage, write "Remember Valerie Plame" on the back of one of your Kerry or other candidates' one sided signs and stand on the street corner with it.
Bush and Rove and Novak are Traitors! By Bush 41's own standard!

... where did you get this information from? I don't doubt it but I'd like to have something to point to when refering to it. Thanks in advance.

4. I can't find that information |

I did find this:
By BENNETT ROTH Copyright 2003 Houston Chronicle Washington Bureau --snip-- However, the spokesman would not say if the president had spoken directly to Rove about the matter.
Rove has faced accusations before that he planted stories with Novak.
In 1992, Rove was fired as a consultant for the Bush-Quayle Texas campaign, after officials suspected that he was the source for a column by Novak and Roland Evans that portrayed the Texas presidential operation as in disarray. Rove was accused of making up the story because of a feud with the campaign's chairman, Rob Mosbacher Jr., whom the column reported, erroneously, was to be dumped.
At the time Rove denied he was the source, and he said the column was false.
Related to the Bush 1992 re-election campaign. I'm not inclined to believe he was fired by Reagan; while searching for that, I came across numerous stories saying he was Bush's campaign manager in the 1980 campaign against Reagan, and that after the election he went to Texas and started his consulting firm.
I didn't see Bush's Brain, so can't comment on that. (LOL - I'm not sure anybody's seen Bush's brain, or evidence of its existence - kinda like Loch Ness)
