That photo of Bush should be captioned "the meanest man in the world".
It just scared the hell out of my Australian hubby! He wasn't expecting it when he looked over here.

PSYCHOSIS
Some lupus patients may demonstrate symptoms of psychosis. Psychosis is defined as an inability to judge reality, marked by disordered thinking & bizarre ideas, often including delusions & hallucinations. It usually results in an inability to carry out the ordinary demands of living.
About 10-15% of lupus patients will display acute psychosis during the course of their disease.
Most psychotic episodes occur with CNS vasculitis, but others occur as a result of steroid therapy, water intoxication with low blood levels of sodium, seizures, central hyperventilation, or antimalarial therapy.
It is managed with corticosteroids, & antipsychotic preparations.
Cognitive Dysfunction Known by lupus patients as 'brain fog'! Symptoms include confusion, profound fatigue, difficulty in articulating thoughts, memory impairment & difficulty concentrating. _----------------------------
Edit: Geez, Seizures also.
More hmmm. A lot of Lupus patients get osteoporosis because they need steroid treatments. Bush has been looking more and more hunched lately. Maybe the bulge is nothing more sinister than a back brace (although I think he is likely wired, that is probably better hidden), but they can't say that because of the resulting questions.
My original thoughts on the hunch, was that it was associated with depression. Lo and behold, another possible effect of Lupus.
Take all this for what it is worth - I'm a horticulturist. ;-)

None of the people that voted for AL Gore are going to vote for the bush coward but a lot of the people that fell for the bush cowards bullshit are fed up and will be switching to Kerry this time. There is no way we can lose if they count all the votes.

There's no way in hell I'm celebrating on this until I know for sure that John Kerry is the 44th President of the United States.
Until then, NOTHING is certain.

at the polls this morning, I convinced two of my friends to vote for Kerry instead of Bush and they let me watch to make sure they did. They asked for five reasons to vote for Kerry and when I was done they said they were convinced. This in repug VA.
