I thought Bush did so poorly during the debates and that's when I started to change my mind. I was impressed with Kerry's poise and his answers. By the third debate, I was pretty sure I wasn't voting for Bush. When they announced that some of the major battles in Iraq, taking Fallujah, for example, wouldn't be fought till after the election, that was it for me."

I don't understand the Fallujah part, but what the hell.

It is really cynical and self-absorbed to determine timing of battles based on the election.

has seen the light...I think she means that Bush/Cheney and co. don't want a bloodbath of civilians until after the election, it wouldn't look good.

3. She saying Bush is risking lives to get reelected. Holding off a major

battle until after an election is an unexceptable position to take. An election shouldn't have anything to do with the timing for military offensives.

... some * "supporters" are looking for reasons to vote for Kerry. They know * is corrupt / not their kind of conservative / etc., and if it truly has come down to impressions from the debate, or something about Fallujah, cool. Whatever it takes.
