if you are challenged today, think of what rosa parks and people that lived during those years. think of their "challenges".

1. The Southern Poverty Law Center recently

sent me a fim, "Mighty Times: The Legacy of Rosa Parks." I watched it the other night with my 10-year old daughter. She has a new hero.

Your post is so good .... people like Parks and King and millions who were not famous, but who made the same sacrifices, opened the door for this generation .... I know that the great energy forces that we called King, Kennedy, Medgar, Malcolm, and Lennon are sending vibrations to us here on this level today .... and we are on our way to victory.

4. I got permission from my boss

to use "Mighty Times" in my classroom this February. The Southern Poverty Law Center has a "Teaching Tolerance" section that makes this, and other video/teaching kits, available to any teacher or school FREE.

A good reason to support them, imo.

Vote early (in the day)--make sure you get all your voting done so that any challanges can get cleared up, and they can't close the doors on you.
