You think there might be a "December surprise?"
For example: Kerry wins, but before the Electors can cast their votes, we have another "terra attack". What happens then???

Later,

1. Nothing, Kerry becomes President in January.
Otherwise there will be riots in the streets.

3. yes they're gonna do something to sabotage Kerry from the start
Bush I did that to Clinton when he went into Somalia in December 92, leaving Clinton to clean up that mess.

I am absolutely sure that after he loses and before he leaves office, Bush and gang will do things to make sure Kerry comes into office facing crises.

That way he has to use political capital to deal with those crises rather than actually fixing the crap Bush has done to this country over the past four years.

5. On a bit more optimistic note.
Sabotage of Kerry's presidency? Oh, absolutely - you can bank on it. However, it's also a matter of just how much Americans can take. If Kerry assumes office and is immediately inundated with sex scandals or challenges from antagonist right-wingers, those actions will be immediately identified as the transparent schemes they are.

Many Americans have awakened to the right's "go for the jugular" approach to everything; odds are that, once Bush is out, America is going to have a field day flushing those hypocrites so far out of the system that they won't be able to get a job on FOX.

Not only is the Bush agenda out in the public. The whole right-wing playbook is, as well.

interesting facts about November 7:

1874 - A cartoon by Thomas Nast in Harper's Weekly, is considered the first important use of an elephant as a symbol for the United States Republican Party

(This is important cause we know george only reads the funnies!)

1962 - Richard M. Nixon loses the California governor's race. In his concession speech, he states that this is his "last press conference" and that "you won't have Dick Nixon to kick around any more".

(hurry up with those last minute digs because he's leaving soon!)

totally ;)
