MSNBC: Judge- OH voters who are missing absentee ballots can vote at polls

Just saw this on TV. No link to story yet as it just came out.

Those voters in Ohio who did not receive their absentee ballot in the mail CAN vote at the polls.

many of them requested absentee ballots because they are UNABLE to vote at the polls today.
