Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Max Cleland

Secretary of Housing & Urban Development, Michael Whouley

Department of Homeland Security, Randy Beers

Secretary of Energy, Bob Graham

Secretary of Labor, Mike Donilon

Secretary of Agriculture, (I'm stumped)

My off the cuff choices. I think there are far more qualified folks for most of the positions, but Powell is a lock, and McCain MUST be part of the cabinet.
