Can a presidential pardon be blocked? |
|
Say that on his way out, bu$h pardons someone totally dangerous and despicable like that Rudolf guy who kills abortion doctors. Is there any way to block such a pardon?

Pardons aren't subject to revision or review by anybody.

no limits on 'em.
The president can pardon anybody, including himself, for any reason, whether or not they've even been charged with a crime.

8. The president can pardon |
|
anyone who's not being impeached. We may have to start impeachment procedings against him to prevent him from pardoning himself.
US Constitution Article II section 2 "and he shall have Power to Grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment."
