1. Well, it sure messed up NY for a couple of years. |
|
But, that's not the end of the story, is it.
They use 9/11 as a justification for their failures, as an excuse to shred the Constitution, as a red-herring.
They should be Goddamned ashamed of themselves.

2. They can't decide if it was Clinton or 9/11 |
|
so they moved 9/11 to 1/11.
Hope this helps.

3. They blamed 9/11 for everything else too. |
|
It was the biggest overreaction to an event in the history of the world. Sure it was tragic, but worth 2 wars, countless lives and unending grief?

9/11 was horrible for the economy. I own a small business and I saw my pipeline (prospects that I'm marketing to) evaporate overnight and stay empty for months. I'd say it wasn't until the end of 2002 that business became stable again, and really mid 2003 before it got a good head of steam.
For me, the economy has been pretty good lately. It's Iraq that pushed me to Kerry.

6. The economy is a complex system... |
|
...and the events of 9/11 undoubtedly contributed to its decline.
But there's plenty of blame to go around. No way can the Bush administration duck it all.
