Why do we "immoral" democrats care so much
About all of the death and destruction going on Iraq?

Aren't the "moral" red staters the ones who are supposed to be pro-life?

Or does that just apply to fetuses?

2. Yes...
and only Christians too! Not those heathen Muslims! :eyes:

They love cute, white fetuses and to hell with everyone else!

3. Seems to me...
that fetuses rank higher with them than actual sentient beings. And then there's their own unenlightened self-interest. Granted, I am exposed on a daily basis to some of the prime examples of your typical Freeptard - but it has been my experience from childhood that a basic Republican trait is selfishness. And I'm in my 70's.

We need to redefine 'moral' to disarm that scourge.

4. Life Does Not End At Birth
Edited on Wed Nov-03-04 09:30 PM by pelagius
We Democrats have the actual "pro-life" agenda when we're living out our best ideals.

Republicans: we'll protect you until you're born, then you're on your own, baby.

7. It's my belief that life...
begins at birth - not in the back seat of your father's Chevrolet in a fumbling effort to satisfy hormones that have just started to assert themselves.

I really don't mean to reduce it to that - but I hope you understand that I find it hypocritical to say one is Pro Life - and deny health care, education and the essentials of life to any child. Just say "No" has never been the answer.

5. The Christans only defend the fetuses until they are baptized
Then after they are "Christan Soldiers" they can die in the name of god. To the right-wingnuts all that matters is numbers, Christan membership, of course if your not Christan then you are worthless anyway.

6. I'm a Christian and a liberal...
Please wise up and learn that there are a lot of us around here and working hard for social justice.
