1. See the thread on companies that support repukes, and companies that support Dems. You should know what to do from there (boycott boycott boycott):

2. Cut up all oil company credit cards from ExxonMobil, Ultramar Diamond Shamrock/Valero Energy, ConocoPhillips, Marathon, and ChevronTexaco. Send them in with a nasty note to the oil companies, telling them you will no longer buy their products because they are big donors to Republican political candidates. Buy gas only from Shell and Citgo (BP/Amoco/Arco as a last resort). Shell is the only oil company which donated more to Dems than to repugs during the 2004 cycle, and Citgo is a Venezuelan-state-owned company that didn't donate enough to make the opensecrets.org list.

3. Send a friendly note of encouragement to Sen. Lincoln Chafee (RI). Encourage him to switch parties and join us. http://chafee.senate.gov/
Be polite and welcoming.

'Course we went through all this speculation last time with Jeffords and he was merely doing it to help level the playing field. No way it can be leveled this time.
