GOP Values? How bout a republican leadership rapsheet? |
|
I posted this in response to earlier thread...someone mentioned it as a good idea. so I'll float this trial balloon.
REPUKES say they won on CHRISTIAN VALUES:
so..hire a bunch of sleazy private invstigators (money not traceable...HEH HEH)
and do a 24/7 trail on House leaders, Senate leaders, Bush and all his cabinet and aids, the GOP higher-ups...the more outspoken Republican-leaning or outright Republican religious leaders.
Have a website called American Values Rap SHeet. Just keep pointing out the worst of the worst on these people and point out how thin is the veil of respectability.
It could fuse the Media's love of scandal with our own interests for shining the floodlight of disclosure on their hypocrisy at a personal level.
At the same time...show the voting records of all these bastards for any Jesus-oriented bill that comes to the floor such as money for impoverished single parents, help for AIDS around the world, etc. etc.

1. it's a good idea. at the top of the list must come sex scandals |
|
These people don't seem to care at all how incompetent, reckless, financially shady, or war-thirsty a politian may be, but they definitely do care about sex scandals. AND to their credit, they are consistent about crucifying Dem and GOP pols alike on this one issue.

The way shrub is practically worshipped, would any of his followers even care? They could get a video of Bush with five women, a midget, and a french poodle, and the media would still spin it to make him look innocent.

4. That's not a bad idea... |

Video taped scandals. That would play very well with the knuckle dragging "reality show" fans. Hmmmm. I think you have something there.

5. exactly. Farmer Jones and the wife don't like the sex |
|
anything about sex brings discomfort both physically and psychicly as Farmer JOnes experiences self-shame when remembering his desperate episode with the goats while the Missus was away and Wifey just can't put out of her mind the picture of ANtonio Banderas and would like to see all politicians punished for her lack of mental cleanliness.
GOP hates sex and loves a sex scandal.

I'm sure that members of Congress and Senators are protected by security agents who will prevent them from being spied upon. It's a nice thought, but I don't think it's practicable.

|
security agents? more power to them if they can spot the dude in the bushes taking photos and firing them across the internet.
we must practice assymetric warfare on these bloviating, hypocritical, licentious pricks.

8. Bernie Ward on KGO with some talking points on how we |
|
can regroup....especially on this "moral values" shit.
He suggests we EXPAND that topic. Instead of "selective morality"...we broaden the definition by firmly reminding folks that Moral behavior includes (biblically speaking) ALL the values inherent in their dogma: Such as feeding the poor, healing the sick, caring for the fatherless, housing the homeless, ministering to the desperate (world wide aids problem for example). Add on to this as is appropriate.
I LIKE IT!!

9. yes, he is correct. we should widen it. remember AL governor? |
|
He was trying to get his compadres to give money to the poor based on biblical reasons of charity and justice.
I really think we have something here.
We need to pursue this and take back GOD just like we are taking back the FLAG.

10. Lets NOT let them get away with their hypocracy |
|
We have only just begun for the next wave. Use your anger or sadness but use something to motivate.
I wrote to C-span twice today, three times to talk radio hosts, to two bobble head media pods, two letters to my two respective House representatives telling them to FIGHT FOR US.
It was rejuvenating!!
