YOU Voted For Bush's Apocalypse - It's YOUR Fault
Edited on Thu Nov-04-04 10:44 AM by blm
Don't Blame Me for Bush's World Chaos - I Voted For Kerry

YOU voted for War against the World - YOU pay for it

YOU voted for Bush - You send YOUR son to die for his wars

Lying us into War is NOT a Christian Value

Time to point fingers at them. They deserve the blame.

1. That's how I feel now
All you can do is do your best and keep your head down if it does not work out.

2. They do deserve the blame.
And they should have to live with the consequences.

3. Will the world rise up against us and blow us away to save the planet?
we use up most of the world's natural resources and polute the air like no other nation in history. the polar icecaps are melting the earth is dying and SUV driving americans don't give a shit.. what they don't realize is, is that the rest of the world does care... and i think they will get together and do something about us and our "fuck you" attitude.

But, we can always hope.

11. Hope? I don't HOPE it happens.. I'm just expecting that the rest of world
won't continue to be spat at by the U.S. without banning together and doing something. I"m HOPING that somehow.. someway.. the neo-cons can be tossed out of the white house and civility will return to this country.

4. Yes. Take no prisoners. For years to come, when I hear
gripes about the cost of prescriptions, Social Security Program problems and taxes, Medicare issues, the war in Iraq (or wherever the war happens to be that year)....I will say, don't blame me, I voted for Kerry. Who did you vote for?

When the drilling in the Arctic Nat'l Wildlife Refuge begins, I'll say, don't blame me......

But the truth is...some Repubs actually AGREE with what will happen (those few who are informed of the neocons policies). And the rest will be told, and will believe, that Bush is not responsible. Because, after all, it's Clinton's fault!

7. Hard not to squarely place the blame on them
ACCURATELY and CONVINCINGLY when dipshits united across the nation to give them a bigger congressional representation too.

I'll be pointing a lot of fingers in the years to come. I'll be a complete ass about it, and love every minute of watching these shitheads get what they asked for.

14. MAKE them realize the consequences. I swear they never consider them
because they are too busy seeing the campaign as a fucking sporting event.

They are THAT callous and narrowminded.

underlying it.

You can say "YOU pay for it" all you want, but unless enough of us resist paying war taxes (and take on the consequences for doing so), this is just the equivalent of saying "Nyah nyah."

Unless we actively resist the war machine in general, unless we actively resist the economic and political structures in this country that demand we pay into them while returning nothing worthwhile to us, what you're saying here just comes off as pouting.

19. Good for you
In addition to "activism for social justice," you're also going to have to be prepared to resist all the structures and powers implicit in the statements you listed. In my experience there's a difference between activism and resistance/defiance.

12. Yeppers. And no more pussyfooting around. Period.
No more holding back. No more speaking in broad terms and being PC. No more. I think a lot of us felt that if we went too far, we'd lose people too fast and they'd shut their mind to us. For the uninformed especially, we didn't want to mention certain things for fear of appearing like conspiracy theorists or some kind of freaks.

NO MORE.

We need to talk all the time about the PNAC. About fascism and what it is. About theocracy and what it is. About BBV and what it is. Everything. We still need to talk about domestic issues, but we all know that many of those issues are a symptom of a much larger picture and we need to point that out at every opportunity. No more holding back at all.

My anger is targeted and rightly placed right at their feet. I will not make a secret of it. As well, I no longer have any tolerance whatsoever for the uninformed, the apathetic, most 3rd party voters (chill people, I said most) and the majority of the American media. They're enablers and just as guilty as Bush voters.

I don't personally know that many people that fit under that definition, but I know a few. And they're out of my life forever now and I will tell them why they are. Their choices - either by action or inaction - affect me and mine personally and I can no longer tolerate them.

22. The Draft list should look exactly like
the registration list for the Repuke party.

And lets cut off the taps to their desert communities and fuck flood relief next time the Mississippi has had enough.

Resist and refuse federal taxes. Shit, if the money I paid into the federal government went directly to NYC and NY State (assuming a Dem governor-Pataki is toast in the next election) we'd have the finest education and healthcare system, as well as the highest standard of living and disposable income on the continent.

No more donor states!!

26. America deserves what it gets these next four years.
To all the poor folks who voted against your interests in this election simply because Kerry was "gonna marry gays and kill babies," may this administration draft your children, take away your health insurance, outsource your job, prevent you from getting an education, etc.

It goes on and on.
