Marketing! We need Ribbons, Bands, Buttons, Everything!

The way to get the message out there is to get out a united message. How many of us think "Freeper" when we see some big gas guzzler with a flag on it, or the yellow ribbon, or a flag ribbon?

I want people to think Democrat when they see the flag and I want them to think Democrat when they see BLUE.

Someone posted an idea for a wrist band. That's excellent. I think it should be blue - after some thought. The reason is that we're not in mourning for our party, or at least we shouldn't be for long. We're here to make our party identifiable. BLUE!!!!

Someone posted about a blue pin of the US - that's great and it should be blue, but it should possibly have a flag on it too. We must reclaim our flag!

And finally those ribbon magnets. I think we should design a blue one with a small flag on it and a line such as, "Support Democracry" or "Bring Democracy Home".

We must reclaim Red, White & MOST IMPORTANTLY Blue!

How do we do this? I don't know how to set up Internet-based shops. I can't even find a place that would make ribbon magnets. Can anyone help?

You must be sitting in my backseat...lol...I'm always spouting to "look another Freeper" in those exact situations.

Tonight my teens and I are going to sit down to place a new order for bumperstickers and buttons....we are not going quietly through the next 4 years.

I don't know if you saw but in another thread I told you how much I love that, I bought a jersey of it! I don't know how I stumbled onto it today, but I did. If I'd known about the bumper sticker I'd have included it with my order. D'oh!

I still am hoping for an outlet to buy a real Democracy style ribbon auto magnet, and one of those silicone bracelets, all in blue.

I think we need to make everyone know DEMOCRACY is what this country is founded upon and the only ones support Democracy are Democrats!

I'll do anything I can to promote REASON in this country.

I also decided to go out on a limb and upgrade my store (so now it costs me a monthly fee).. the benefit is, I can have more than one of a type of item. With the free service, I could only sell ONE type of bumper sticker. Now I can make several designs and sell them. Watch the store for more stuff!

It's not a five pointed star.. but it KIND of hints. It's definitely a bit on the edge. I'll leave it be for now. If I get any more complaints, I'm taking it down though.
