It's the moderate Republicans who ran from Bush. Look at the newspaper endoresments. The problem is all these Reps lived in the big cites or suburbs of the blue states.

We had a lengthy conversation yesterday, and I said to him "You haven't said anything I disagree with, and yet you're a Republican and I'm a Democrat". He said that's the biggest argument against such labels. It was pretty cool.

My son voted for shrub in 2000 because the NRA convinced him that Gore would force gun control.
I spoke to him last night, and I can't believe how pi**ed off he is about the shrub win this time! He workd in a very large shop in Atlanta, and he was litterally screaming because the shrub supporters won't even listen to reason.
