Party Reformation
I think that it's pretty clear that we have some foundational issues with our party. At times like this, I feel it's important to evaluate our priorities, be it continuing on a more progressive course or appealing to a broader base. Regardless, I think that we can all agree that we need some sort of party reformation.

We need some young blood. We need the leadership of the DNC to go. We need fresh ideas and a more positive, organized message. I truly believe that this is the only way that we're going to survive in the next series of elections.

The current trend is becoming increasingly republican, and not because people are more "conservative." The republicans have just run a very effect campaign on demonizing and labeling the words "liberal" and "democrat."

If they can change and distort the meanings of these two words, than we can change them back.

We need reformation from within. That's how it begins.

3. We need better message delivery
The PIPA report said most * supporters are misinformed. If everything the * supporters believe is true, we would all support *. The media is nearly totally controlled by the right. I cnnot believe that all americans are this stupid, but when all you here is a constant repeat of lies..... We cannot rely on the media to tell the truth, this is where we must act

4. Agreed
I am so upset with the leaders of the democratic party right now! Nominating Kerry was a huge mistake... he tried to be something he wasn't and it showed. Early on I supported Howard Dean and felt passionate about his campaign because he stood for something! He had convictions and ideas and that is what America wants! In the future we need to nominate people like Dean and this election should be a huge wake-up call to the DNC leaders!
